About the Smart Money Tracker

This dashboard brings together recently disclosed buying and selling from three public sources: institutional fund holdings (SEC Form 13F), corporate insider transactions (SEC Form 4), and U.S. Congress trade disclosures (STOCK Act). It is rebuilt nightly from the latest available filings. 13F holdings are quarterly and lag the quarter-end by several weeks. Insider and Congress activity covers a trailing 90-day window. Congress dollar figures are estimated as the midpoint of the disclosed range.

Sources as of: 13F quarter ending Jun 30, 2026 · insiders through Sep 5, 2026 · Congress through Aug 27, 2026 · dashboard generated Sep 8, 2026 ET.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Smart Money Tracker?

It brings together recently disclosed buying and selling from three public sources: institutional fund 13F filings, corporate insider Form 4 filings, and U.S. Congress STOCK Act disclosures. It combines them into a single view. Everything shown is a factual summary of public filings, updated nightly.

What does "highest conviction" mean here?

It flags stocks that were bought by at least two of the three cohorts in the current window, ranked by a normalized within-cohort disclosure score rather than by raw dollars. It is a cross-cohort disclosure measure, not a recommendation to buy or sell.

How fresh is each cohort?

13F fund holdings are quarterly and lag the quarter-end by several weeks; insider Form 4 and Congress disclosures are roughly daily over a trailing 90-day window. Each section is labeled with its own as-of date so the differing freshness is explicit.

Are Congress trade amounts exact?

No. Congress members disclose a dollar RANGE, not an exact amount. Dollar figures for Congress are estimated as the midpoint of the disclosed range, and the original range is preserved in the recent-trades table.

Education only, not investment advice. Everything on this page is a factual aggregation of public disclosures and our own derived estimates, which may be incomplete or contain errors. “Highest conviction” is a cross-cohort disclosure measure, not a recommendation. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
