Editorial purpose
Quantellect Technologies Inc. publishes financial information and educational research. We aim to make source information, our own calculations, model assumptions, opinions, and commercial communications distinguishable.
A filing summary describes reported information. An analytical inference explains a conclusion drawn from it. A simulation illustrates a model. An opinion expresses a view. These categories should be labeled accurately and should not be presented as interchangeable.
Sources and accuracy
Material factual statements should have a traceable source and appropriate date. A headline should accurately reflect the body and should not promise an outcome that the body or disclaimer later retracts.
Articles published through our content system pass through source, search, compliance, and editor review states before publication, and the review history is recorded. Automated content must not invent sources, quotations, trades, returns, or the fact that a human performed a review.
A filing about a historical period should not be described as proof of a current position. An inferred exposure should not be described as an observed holding. Estimated investor performance should not be described as a verified personal account return.
Automated research
Articles that were materially generated with AI assistance display an AI-assistance notice and indicate whether an editorial review occurred. Ticker-page summaries generated by AI carry their own notice. We remain responsible for the publication process and do not treat the software as a substitute for accountability.
If a named editor is displayed, the credited review must have occurred. The nature of review should not be overstated. A generated confidence score does not establish factual correctness.
Financial interests
Our content system can record author disclosures, article-level disclosures, sponsored status, review history, and publication status, and author disclosures are shown with published articles. The current software does not require a conflict attestation or disclosure before an article can be published; we will describe conflict collection as a mandatory step only after that gate and its owner are in place.
Where a disclosure is made, it should state any relevant ownership, short position, derivative exposure, compensation, employment, consulting, investor relations, or other material relationship in clear language. We do not rely on a generic statement that someone may own securities when a known material interest exists. Disclosures should appear with the relevant discussion and accompany materially equivalent content distributed by email or social channels.
Compensation and related businesses
Quantellect currently does not charge membership fees and does not display advertising; its first-party advertising system is switched off. That does not establish the absence of compensation or interests elsewhere in a corporate group.
If a related business has a relationship material to a Quantellect publication, the assessment must consider that relationship. Shared ownership does not itself mean that a specific article was sponsored, and lack of a direct payment to Quantellect does not establish editorial independence.
If we introduce advertising, sponsored research, affiliate links, or other compensated placement, we will identify the commercial nature and the relevant payer or beneficiary where required. Securities promotion can require disclosure of the actual compensation, including amount and form, and cannot be addressed solely by a sponsored label.
We will not represent advertising as independent research or allow a general legal disclaimer to contradict the overall impression of a publication.
Model and historical research
A score or strategy should be accompanied by a description of its purpose and material limitations. Material methodology changes should be reflected in version and publication information.
Backtests and reconstructed performance should be identified as hypothetical or estimated, with the appropriate contextual warning. We do not describe a strategy as independently audited or validated unless that description is supported by a real review and its scope.
Corrections
Report a suspected error to [email protected] with the page address, the relevant statement, and supporting information. Material errors are corrected when established.
Our content system can mark an article as needing an update, and corrected articles carry a new update time. A separate public correction or retraction notice with its own date and explanation is not yet implemented; until it is, a corrected article should be read by its latest update time. Where an error affected a separately distributed communication, the response should consider whether a correction needs to reach those recipients.
Archived research can remain available for context, but should not be silently presented as current after a material change. Privacy requests about identifiable individuals can be directed to [email protected].
Independence and limits
No regulator, source organization, or data supplier is represented as having approved a Quantellect publication. This policy does not create a regulatory exemption or remove legal duties. The actual publication, compensation, interests, and service behavior determine the applicable obligations.
